Know what cookies I'm talking about?
Well, if there's one word that can describe these little guys... it's addicting. You have one.. you're going to want another. I'm being serious... :)
Anyways, I decided to try and make a copy cat of these cookies from scratch because I had some leftover frosting from the last time I made some cake pops. I just used a little bit of red food coloring (like 1 drop) and voilà! Pink icing!
Plus who doesn't love sugar cookies?
These cookies have minimal ingredients and are super easy to make! If you don't have frosting, it's okay... they still taste good. Trust me :)
Super Soft Sugar Cookies

2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until combined.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix in flour, cream of tartar, salt, and vanilla.
Drop cookies in 1-in dough balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool, and decorate however you like!
